Morgan has served as a fractional and embedded HR leader for companies across various industries. After years of being a client, she joined the BCA team in 2025 to help support and build the BCA team. Her work spans complex regulatory environments and distributed teams, with a focus on translating employment law and HR best practices into clear, practical systems leaders can actually use.
